Richard Morgan Fliehr born on February 25, 1949 is popularly known as Ric Flair in the WWE Universe. Ric Flair is a retired WWE wrestler and professional wrestling manager at the same time. He is regarded widely as one of the greatest professional wrestlers of all time and also, the best American performer during his prime in the 80s. He's well known for his tenures with the World Championship Wrestling or WCW, National Wrestling Alliance or NWA, total Nonstop Action Wrestling or TNA and of course, World Wrestling Federation or WWF which was later known as WWE, World Wrestling Entertainment. Since the mid 70s, he used the moniker The Nature Boy.

A major PPV attraction during his career, Ric Flair headlined premier annual WCW/NWA event, Starrcade on 10 occasions while co-headlining WWF, WrestleMania in 1992 after he has won the year's Royal Rumble Event. PWI awarded him as their Wrestler of the Year award while the Wrestling Observer Newsletter named him as being the Wrestler of the Year, which is an award named after Lou Thesz and him which is a record of 8x. The only 2-time WWE Hall of Fame inductee, he was inducted first in 2008 primarily because of his individual career and then again in 2012 as being the member of The Four Horsemen. He's a member of NWA Hall of Fame as well, Wrestling Observer Newsletter Hall of Fame and Professional Wrestling Hall of Fame.

Flair is recognized officially by the Pro Wrestling Illustrated or PWI and WWE as being a 16 time world champion being 8 time NWA World Heavyweight Champion, 2 time WWF Champion and 6 time WCW World Heavyweight Champion. As a matter of fact, he's the first holder of WCW International World Heavyweight Championship which he held last as well and at the same time, the WCW World Heavyweight Championship. As the inaugural WCW World Heavyweight Champion, he has became the first wrestler to ever complete the WCW's Triple Crown, having held the World Tag Team Championships and United States Heavyweight. Then after, he has completed the Intercontinental Championship which is the Triple Crown version of WWE.
